Before you got your Driver's License, you learned to drive a car. Don't you think it's just as important to learn what is necessary to be safe and legal when carrying a firearm, BEFORE you get your Concealed Firearms Permit? Or do you think that getting the Permit will be all that you need to know for carrying a firearm? WRONG! And dangerous. By all means, exercise your 2nd Amendment right to Keep and Bear Arms; but if you are going to carry a firearm on your person, in your car, or even have one in your nightstand. . .get the proper training. You owe it to yourself and to your family. In spite of what many may think, it's not as simple as pointing and pulling a trigger. LEARN! EDUCATE! BE SMART!
Why Us
Why Us
At QUIVERA FIREARMS TRAINING our logo represents the mothers, daughters, grandmothers, fathers, all overseers of the family -- they are ANGELS IN ARMS. We must keep the ones we love safe. How we choose to do that is a very personal decision.
If a person chooses a firearm, it is my opinion that person should ALWAYS seek training and additional education. I do. I enjoy taking classes and learning from others.
But. . . even if you choose NOT to have a firearm around, you should learn what to do should you or your child encounter a gun. Learn the Basics. Learn how to tell if a gun is loaded. Learn the proper way to handle a firearm. Arm yourself with knowledge at the very least.
Thank you,
Becky Bowen
